The Englishman is practicing social distancing as the Premier League is suspended until April 30.
It has seen stars across the footballing world come up with creative ways of keeping fit, indulging keep ups with toilet rolls.
But footage has emerged of the United forward showing off some incredible accuracy.
In the clip, Lingard is in the massive garden of his home.
He is standing far away from the camera at an elevated level while a bin can be seen in the foreground.
Standing 40 yards away, the Englishman strikes the ball high into the air.
And it smashes into the bin, seeing the 27-year-old run around the garden celebrating wildly.
“I’m taking it,” Lingard shouts across.
This footage gained more than 400,000 views within hours of being posted on his Instagram channel.
He was nominated by United captain Harry Maguire for the challenge before passing it onto Angel Gomes, Arsenal hero Ian Wright and Soccer AM presenter Tubes.
And the Red Devils faithful were blown away by the forward’s skills.
“Love that,” one supporter said.
Another commented: “That’s quality.”
While Maguire gave a brilliant response.
“Class,” he simply replied.
And Gomes commented: “I’ll give you that.”
United academy star Tahith Chong was left questioning Lingard’s attempt, with: “Take one or?”
With a fifth simply writing: “No messing about.”
Lingard put himself at the centre of a fan theory over transfer target Jadon Sancho after giving the Englishman a video call.
